The founder of Sperling Ventures is an active Illinois law enforcement officer. When she built Report Shield, she was not studying the problem from the outside. She was living it, finishing shifts, writing reports, and knowing exactly what was at stake if the narrative did not hold up.
She also brings over 20 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing. That combination is rare.
